Services offered:

Mock CQC inspections - preparing you and your team for the big day! £450.
Ongoing compliance support - suggest one per month for a 1-3 surgery practice, 2 per month for 4+ surgery practice, £350 per visit.
CQC inspection preparation - if you have been notified of your upcoming CQC inspection, I will assist you in preparing for the inspection. This can take anywhere between 5-10 days - individual quote dependant on amount of work required to be fully compliant, £350 per day.
CQC inspection hosting - allow Alex to host your inspection with her 100% pass rate - £750.
Squat practice setup support - for those starting their journey as dental practice owners - individual quote dependant on amount of work required for the practice to be ready to open.
CQC applications support - helping you to apply for your CQC registration including all supporting documents - £2500.
NHS Infection Control Audit - preparing for the audit - this can take anywhere between 2-4 days, individual quote dependant on amount of work required to be fully compliant, £350 per day.

Expert Dental Compliance

Alex began her journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2004 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2006. She also gained Dental Reception and treatment coordination experience during this time. She discovered a talent for training the dental team and became a qualified Dental Nurse Tutor and Assessor in 2009. An opportunity arose alongside this, to gain experience as a Practice Manager/CQC Registered Manager. It was in this role that Alex discovered her love for all things compliance and when Covid hit in 2020, and practices struggled to come to terms with the ever changing regulations, she decided to offer her support as a freelance Dental Compliance Consultant.

Alex utilises her varied experience in Dental Practice to provide tailored compliance, training and managerial support. Alex likes to build excellent relationships with the whole dental team and give the Dental Practice that peace of mind to enable them to concentrate on dentistry.
